We had such a great time at the CUSSL Nationals, hosted by McGill at our pool!
The girls were able to see what it's like to host a competition, what goes on during the competitions, and were able to pre-swim for the incredible university students. We are so happy that we were able to have this experience!
Both the 13-15 Défi team (Valeria, Madison, and Juliette - Sarina was absent) and U12 Apprenti team (Mia, Michelle, Alice, Gracia, Cassandra - Vanessa was absent) swam, as well as our U12 Apprenti duet (Alice/Michelle) and solo (Mia). Everyone had the opportunity to volunteer, either helping with the bake sale and admissions table or being a runner and timer.
