CSL Synchro is proud to offer 2 competitive programs and 2 recreational programs. We are also very happy to announce that we were chosen among 19 other clubs across Canada to participate in a pilot program organized by Synchro Canada for recreational programs.
To be considered for a competitive team, athletes must attend a mandatory try-out day on September 12th at 6:30. If you are interested in participating but unable to attend, please contact the head coaches.
Please view our official schedule at the bottom of the page.

Intro to Synchro (4-6 years old) - 1.5 hours/week: Entry level program with the goal of learning the fundamentals of synchronized swimming, how to count music, and work on flexibility training. Practices consist of 30 minutes land training and 1 hour in the water. Must be comfortable (or beginning to be comfortable) in deep water.
Intro to Synchro/Recreational (7+ years old) - 2 hours/week: Beginner level program that will be following the CanSwimSynchro program, organized by Synchro Canada. All ages are welcome, must be comfortable in deep water.
U10 or U12 (2006 and younger) - 5 hours/week: Competitive team that will work on basic synchro skills in a fun and challenging environment. These teams will compete 2-3 times per season. Basic synchro or swimming skills recommended, must be comfortable in deep water.
Défi (2005 and older) - 6.5 hours/week: Competitive team that will work on intermediate synchro skills in a hardworking and fun environment. These teams will compete 2-3 times per season. Intermediate synchro or swimming skills recommended, must be comfortable in deep water.

*To be eligible to compete at the provincial level competitive teams, all athletes must attend a minimum of 65% of practices. A monthly report will be sent to all parents. Please consider the recreational team if this seems like too much of a commitment.
